Didn't get 100 Shards from Serie A Chapter!

Question

I got Dybala, then the day after -- when I was supposed to get the 100 shards -- got 1M coins. There was no checkmark on the rewards tile of the 100 Shards and it skipped over it to give me the 1M coins, which it did check off. But now, it shows it as checked off and got 1M coins again today. I never got my shards!

They told me to open a ticket through the in-game support. I have done that and am awaiting a response! Hopefully, they can get back to me soon! You should do the same!
