    Sometimes it comes delayed, and at times had to focus on the league's leaderboard. But if it does not come by the next reset, then yes - as 7sxk65gtt7nc​ said, raise a ticket via the in-game menu.

This really doesn’t show much. Doesn’t show that you were actively in a league at the time and you could have just claimed it without wven realizing it

Not sure this is the right forum? I would submit a ticket, as it would require someone to check your back-logs to see what actually happened
