Didn't get my reward but gems were deducted

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with my account.

I had 10,000 gems and used 9,000 gems to purchase 3 draft tokens.

My gems were deducted successfully, but I did not receive any draft entries or tokens.

I have checked the Draft mode and my inventory, but nothing is there 

Please help me fix that Cos I grinded for the gems thank you for ur understanding and I'll be expecting my complete draft back
