Didn't got del Piero even after buying

I bought del Piero 123 one but I didn't got it even after my money got debited from my bank account

    Wait 24 hours, or at least until the daily reset. If it's still not there, raise a ticket with EA support via the in-game menu. Forums can't help with transactions.
