Didn't got event reward despite event completiton
I completed all chapters of the Glorious Eras event before it ended.
The claim button for the free Iker Casillas never appeared due to a bug.
The event has now ended, so I can’t claim it in-game.
Please verify my account logs and grant the missing reward.
There wasn't any button to claim a specific player. You had two options, claim one for free (given that you completed all 4 challenges) or pay 12k of the event currency. Then it gave you the option where you could claim one of the 4 shown icons.
Also a wee bit late to get that revisited, and it's something the forum can't help you with. Try raising a ticket with the EA helpdesk under missing content, but I wouldn't expect much to be fair.
