Didn't receive the players bought with the star shard

Hi, EA, I like this TOTS season, but recently I had an issue with signing a player into my team. I spent 3300 shard van djk 116 ovr CB card in the signings, but I haven't received him yet. The player is unlocked in the team badge. I have shared the screenshot. Please look into the issue.
