Didn't received my gems reward from gems offer tasks

I download and complete the tasks of puzzle and chaos: frozen castle, by completing the taks FCMobile offers 300k around gems, but I only received beginners of the rewards, around 200 gems, now after completion of all my tasks i didn't received and gems, also the offers is not visible there was 37 days around left and now there is no such offer showing, I request EA to please give me rewards as the frozen castle tooks mine so many times and storage,
