Disgrace game

I have a 126 gen team, but the players are officially stupid, my opponents can constantly pass my defender with 2 intermediate passes, and while the goalkeepers of the opposing team can make tremendous saves, my goalkeeper can't save even the slowest ball, the game sometimes tries to make me lose.
