Division rivals Untradable players instead of Tradable
I got both untradable after reaching FC champion in VSA attack where the UI shows one tradable and another is untradable.

Known issue, already raised with the dev team and acknowledged on the FCM official Discord channel in the bugs section. You need to wait for the official comms and a potential fix.
Furthermore, this issue has already been reported by several users, so there is no need for you to create yet another thread about the same problem. Basic forum etiquette, follow the main thread.
