DNS failure 0xA082FFFF – Cannot access FC Mobile

Hello EA team,

I cannot access FC Mobile because I keep getting a “DNS failure” error with code 0xA082FFFF.

This has been happening for approximately 6 hours. I have tested both Wi-Fi and mobile data, and the same error appears on both connections.

I also restarted my phone and disabled Private DNS, but the problem continues.

Device: TECNO KJ6

Android: Android 13

Game: EA SPORTS FC Mobile

Please investigate whether this is a server-side or account-related issue.
