Draft system

I have been playing this game for the past 4 years, and until recently, I never faced any major issues. However, over the last 4 months, my experience has been extremely disappointing, especially with the draft system.

In the previous capped event, I completed up to 14 drafts in Pool A but did not receive a single high-rated player. Similarly, in the current Dream Chasers event, I have already completed 26 drafts and crossed 100 in Pool A, yet I have not received even one 117 OVR player.

What is more frustrating is that other players, including my friends who play regularly, are consistently receiving 116 and 117 OVR players almost every week. This makes the system feel highly unbalanced and unfair.

It feels like the rewards are biased toward players who spend money, while long-term and consistent players like me are being ignored. As someone who has invested significant time into this game, this is very discouraging.

I request you to please review my account and the draft reward system. If this issue continues, I may be forced to stop playing the game altogether.
