Re: Disappointed by the removal of Leg 1 Duel Evolution players

Hello EA Support,

I want to report an issue regarding the Dynamic Player cards in Dreamchasers event.

Everybody were saving event tokens expecting to claim Dynamic Players whose ratings would increase from 115 to 116/117 OVR). Many of us were waiting for these upgrades to complete before claiming.

However, the Dynamic Player cards were suddenly removed today and replaced with new content, without any prior warning, deadline, or in-game notice.

This feels very unfair to users, as we made decisions based on the assumption that the event would remain available until the upgrades were completed.

Please clarify:

• why this removal happened without any notice
• whether any compensation or solution is planned for affected players
