EA ACC REDEEM ISSUE

Pls ea my first main acc got overwritten by my second acc some while back per what you guys told me but now my redeem codes keep sending my gifts to my main acc still instead of my second acc even when i was told that my email only has my second acc connected to it.

I need you guys help with this issue because I also want to buy fc points but it keeps showing my old acc name id amd will send it to the inactive overwritten acc instead of my current second acc
