@EA_Illium I thought I did, by selecting ea account as sign in method. However, my ea account, for some reason, did not recognize that it already had my normal account connected. So it connected that new account to my ea account.
My normal account still thinks it's connected to my ea account but my ea account doesn't recognize it.

- EA_IlliumHi @shorvberg, Have you tried logging in with Google to see if you can restore the account, then see if you can link an new or existing EA account?
- @EA_Illium my account works and is accessible via logging in with Google. however, it thinks that it's connected to my ea account (the button is greyed out with a checkmark), but it is not.
