Subject: My Team Screen Freezing After Buying New Players

Message:

Hello EA Support,

I am facing an issue in EA FC Mobile. After buying several new high OVR players, my game freezes whenever I open the "My Team" section.

The game works normally in other menus, but as soon as I open My Team, the game becomes completely unresponsive and I have to force close the app.

I have already tried:

Restarting the game

Clearing cache

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game

The issue still persists.

Please help me fix this problem.

    Hey, thanks for flagging this. I've reported this issue to the team. For now, please try this workaround and see if that helps: 

    1. Go to Club - Team Badge and complete the Team Badge tutorial.
    2. Return to the main menu.
    3. Go to Club - My Team and check if the issue is now resolved.
