EA account link login leads to wrong account

Hello EA Support,

I have a problem with my FC Mobile account.

My old account is linked to my EA Account, but whenever I log in using the correct EA Account, the game always logs me into a new/noob account instead of my old account.

I have already tried restarting my phone, reinstalling FC Mobile, and logging in again, but the problem is still the same.

Please help me recover my old FC Mobile account and check why my EA Account is not loading the correct game progress.

    Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty getting into the right account.

    Unfortunately, we can't support account recovery here on the forums. If you have your FC Mobile User ID handy or the email associated with the EA account linked to your account, please contact our live support team and have them take a look with you. It sounds like both FC Mobile accounts might be sharing an EA account or email, thus pulling up the wrong one when you try logging in, even after the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.

    My account give me back my account name is mr_.akmal my account email id [edit: email address removed] please give me account back
