EA Account linked in game but Redeem website says not linked

My EA account is linked inside FC Mobile with green checkmark. But the redeem website redeem.fcm.ea.com keeps saying the EA account is not linked to FC Mobile. I already tried logging out, restar...

Hi there, Are you still experiencing this issue with the FC Mobile Redeem website? If so, could you please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then sign back in and check the redeem page again?
