EA Account linked in game but Redeem website says not linked

My EA account is linked inside FC Mobile with green checkmark. But the redeem website redeem.fcm.ea.com keeps saying the EA account is not linked to FC Mobile. I already tried logging out, restar...

It’s possible you’re signing in with a different EA Account than the one linked in FC Mobile.

Please try any other email address you may use for EA, ideally in an Incognito/ Private tab, and check the Redeem site again.
