1 day agoIt sounds like you may have signed into a different EA Account on the redeem site than the one linked to your FC Mobile profile. You need an EA account linked to your FC Mobile profile to log in to the FC Mobile Webstore.
Please try the following:
- Open FC Mobile > Settings > Account Management and check whether an EA Account is linked there.
- Make sure the redeem website is signed in with that same EA Account. Try different emails you own.
- Open the page using a new incognito tab
- Clear your browser cookies/cache.
