EA FC Mobile "Gem Offers" Error

I am having a problem with the "Earn Gems" offers in EA FC Mobile.  

Whenever I try to open the gem offers section, I get the following error:

"Request failed – Error occurs when retrieving request data."

I have already tried:

- Clearing the game cache

- Restarting the game and my device

- Logging out and back into my EA account

- Using different internet connections

Unfortunately, the error still appears and I cannot access or complete any gem offers.
