EA Login issue

Hi lb6em3791c4h,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing such a detailed explanation of your login situation. I completely understand how stressful and incredibly frustrating it must be to find yourself locked out of your original, highly valued account with your old OVR progress, especially after simply trying to reset your password and align your Google Play and Facebook links.

Based on what you described, it appears your original game progress is linked to a specific EA account credential, but when you attempt to use the "Connect EA" option in-game, your device is automatically authenticating and linking with a newly created EA account profile instead (the one showing the 67 OVR). Since game progress cannot be merged or shared across multiple EA accounts, the game keeps loading the newly linked, blank profile. The fact that you can still log into your original account on the EA Help and EA Forums websites is a very positive sign, as it confirms your old account and progress still exist safely on our servers.

Because account linking and unlinking on mobile can sometimes result in permanent progress loss if done in the incorrect order, we strongly advise against trying to manually link or unlink these social accounts and EA IDs on your own inside the game. Instead, the safest and best route is to have our support team manually verify your accounts and link them correctly for you.

You can get in touch with our support team by visiting the help guide and utilizing the Contact Us option at the bottom of the page:

If you run into any technical issues or redirection loops with the main help portal, you can bypass those blocks and submit a direct assistance request to our advisors through our secure backup webform here.

Thank you again for your patience and cooperation as we work through this together.
