CS support issue

Dears, 

Am truly frustrated from the way you treating us am always been a loyal player who used all the official channels, paying with official ways and always was supporting your games

Recently i saw your real face of only draining our buckets manipulating me i had subscribed in the FC mobile and always charging in the game i got penalty after a game with suspend for 7 weeks without any reason no penalty history to know what the issue i contact your support and open a ticket for appeal penalty which i dont know to found that your typically answer is 10 days what a joke 

10 days to stop penalty for 7 days which with no reason and all of that while i have s subscription inside all you need just money draining nothing else i will leave this but i will never stop taking how this company can cheat people
