Enough Is Enough – Unfair Draft Rewards, No Player Support & No Loyalty System
Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Team,
Honestly, I'm tired of reporting the same problems again and again without seeing any meaningful action.
I have already completed at least 55 out of 70 drafts in the Ballon d'Or Draft event. Each draft costs 3,000 Diamonds, meaning I have already spent approximately 165,000 Diamonds, with another 45,000 Diamonds potentially required to complete all 70 drafts.
What hurts the most is seeing other players obtain Pool A players from just ONE draft, while players like me spend hundreds of thousands of Diamonds without receiving comparable rewards.
My questions are simple:
- Why is there no transparent explanation of the Draft reward probabilities?
- Why do loyal players receive no meaningful recognition for their continued investment?
- Why is there no proper Loyalty Reward System for players who consistently save and spend Diamonds?
- Why do repeated player complaints receive so little visible attention?
We are not asking for free rewards. We are asking for fairness, transparency and respect for our time and dedication.
I strongly request EA to review the current Draft reward system, introduce a meaningful Loyalty Reward System and provide appropriate compensation to players who have repeatedly invested substantial resources without receiving satisfactory rewards.
Please stop ignoring your loyal player base. Our patience is not unlimited.
