ERROR[10000] The User Is Not A Member of This League

Hi, I reported in the customer service ingame on this issue of an unknown player named jrub10 which I cannot kick out back in November 2025. However he is still there and the error is still existing. Please do something as he is useless for our league as he is offline more than 100 days. Thank you. Please refer to attachment.
