My Aqua vs inferno event was glitch last 2 days. Plz solve it as soon as possible. It's your game glitch. I can't play my event.

Where is the glitch? In the picture I can't see anything. Unless you are talking about the fact that the next box is locked. Is that your problem?
Just click on the shard and use a ticket and get it then next will be unlocked
