FC Mobile Head to Head Points Issue

My in-game name is Fc.bayern.

This is the second time that I won a Head to Head match but received zero points afterward. The match result did not count correctly and my points stayed at 0.

I also have screenshots as proof of the issue. Please let me know where I can send them.
