Exchange - Ultimate TOTY

I have the 121 ovr Dembele and I want to exchange him for the 122 ovr Dembele and I can't.  I have all the necessary resources and 7 footballers of 115 ovr and the application does not see my Dembel...

    I solved the problem, it was my mistake that I didn't see that Dembele already had the new card, thank you very much for the answer
