Extra time bug

I was opening that 112 -113or 100-107 pack in 3xtra time ,  on my choices l picked 113 mbappe, l thought this was a good day for me,but when l was about to press the yes button on confirm your pick the  screen then wrote something saying error... when l went back to my home screen to check if my reward was put to my inbox it wasn't there
