For a few days. Extra time pick is not openining.It says:Please try again later and it only shows me the exit button

My extra time pick is not opening for a few days.i have tried redownloading the game but nothing happened.When i click the extra time section it says"Please try again later"and it forces me to exit.How do i fix it?

Appreciate you reaching out to us. We've been looking into it, but are hitting a bump reproducing the error ourselves. To help with the investigation, could you reach out to EA_Pulsar in a DM and pop in the details he's asked for in his post?
