Extra time is not working… please fix this asap …

Extra time,I can't open it,why extra time mode isn't working in my account but others can,it says to open it later but it continues all day

Extensions are not opening, unfortunately it continuously gives this error. It has been like this for the last 4 days. My player is ümit -reis. Thanks

Appreciate you reaching out to us. We've been looking into it, but are hitting a bump reproducing the error ourselves. To help with the investigation, could you reach out to EA_Pulsar in a DM and pop in the details he's asked for in his post? You'll find it pinned to the top of the thread, just underneath the OP's post. 🙂

My extra time pick is not opening for a few days.i have tried redownloading the game but nothing happened.When i click the extra time section it says"Please try again later"and it forces me to exit.How do i fix it?

I'm sorry to hear you're getting that error message. We're trying to reproduce the issue at the moment, and it'd help if you could send him a DM with the details asked for in his post—it's pinned to the top of the thread, just under the OP's comment.
