Received Untradable 106 OVR Card (Yeray) from Extra Time Reward — Not Mentioned

> Hello EA Support,

Today "August 2, 2025" I opened a 5000 Extra Time Token Player Pick in FC Mobile. I was given 4 random reward options, and I chose a 106 OVR CB 'Yeray' (Inferno) card.

I was surprised to see that this Yeray card was untradable, even though:

The pack did not mention that 106 OVR cards could be untradable

106-rated players are normally tradable in all 5000 token player pick

If I had known this card would be untradable, I would’ve selected something more valuable like Ragnarok shards or coins.

This feels misleading and unfair, and I kindly request you to review this case and offer either clarification or compensation.
