Extra time is not openning every time since tuesday when i try to open MY extra time after few second it says SORRY SOMETHING WENT WRONG, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. Please fix this issue and i see its not only me but hundreds of people cant access the extra time section. Please reply or make a public anouncement.
I have already tried several steps to resolve the issue with my game, including restarting the app, checking my internet connection, clearing the app cache, and ensuring that the game is up to date. Despite these efforts, the problem still persists. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know if there's a fix available or if it’s a server-side issue. For your reference, my game details are as follows: UID: snip, Username: Mr.Aura, Device: Realme Note 60x, Conection type: Wifi and Cellular data and Region: Russia.

In the login processes in the extension section of the game, "a bug has occurred, please try again later." I warn you. I encounter this problem in the last 5-6 pieces. I couldn't use my tokens inside. There was a possibility of a high-gene player in the account of the person I used. The game is constantly played and I am a person who buys products. I don't have to deal with such nonsense. Due to the fault of your system, the money I spent to remove the 109 Ronaldo card was officially wasted. And still this problem is solved. I am experiencing a serious victimization due to this problem and I request that this victimization be removed. Otherwise, it will be damaged, my trust in the fc mobile family will be broken and I will buy anything and delete the game. By never recommending the game to people, I prefer that they can experience the situation with me and definitely do not make in-game purchases. I am faulty due to the fault of your system. You must give satisfactory prices to compensate for my loss.

Subject: Unable to Access "Extra Time" Mode in FC Mobile 25
Hello EA Team,
I'm experiencing an issue in FC Mobile 25 where I'm unable to access the "Extra Time" section. Whenever I try to open it, I receive an error message that says: "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." I am facing this issue from last 5 days. I would also like to request some compensation, as I was unable to open the Extra Time Pick last week, which caused me a significant loss.
I have already tried the following steps:
Restarted the app
Checked my internet connection
Cleared the app cache
Made sure the game is up to date
Despite these steps, the issue still persists. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and let me know if there's a fix or if it's a server-side issue.
