Extra time not working - "Sorry, something went wrong"

This has been happening for the last week now and i just dont know what to do.All of my tokens are just sitting there and i really want to open a pack.

and i dont know how to check my region and also i jave two accounts one with a 110 ovr and one with a 105 ovr.My extra time is not working on my 110 ovr so if that could be fixed that would be grate.

I haven’t been able to access the Extra Time section in FC Mobile for the past 3–4 days. As someone who has spent money on the game, I am frustrated that I cannot use the points I’ve accumulated. I urgently request that this issue be resolved.

As compensation, please do not offer 103–104 OVR players, because in the Extra Time mode I had the chance to obtain 109 OVR players. I kindly ask you to address this issue and provide appropriate compensation, as this problem has been ongoing and has caused significant inconvenience

The extra time section doesn't work, an error occurred, then it says try again, my chips are gone, I pay for the game every day, you don't have the right to do this, please fix it immediately

Like some of the players on the forum, when I went into "Extra time",  a banner appeared with a text saying "Something went wrong. Please try again". It has been like this since last week's reset.
