Extra time is not working… please fix this asap …

This has been happening for the last week now and i just dont know what to do.All of my tokens are just sitting there and i really want to open a pack.

and i dont know how to check my region and also i jave two accounts one with a 110 ovr and one with a 105 ovr.My extra time is not working on my 110 ovr so if that could be fixed that would be grate.

It’s the same issue with me as well! It says something went wrong and crashes! It’s in India (Maharashtra) region!
There has been an issue with the extra time not working for some time now! It says there is an error and I should try it again!
Further, EA has been neglecting an issue of a long time! It’s about the formation that I’ve selected for the league games! No matter what formation I put it as a league formation, I will get the usually selected formation when I play league games! Please fix it asap!
When I enter extra time from the events section, it says There is a problem right now, try again. I tried dozens of times but it did not work. I would be very happy if you could help (fifa mobile)
