Hey. Are you playing on a guest account, or was it linked to save your progress? I'm just checking to see if you can safely uninstall and reinstall the game to synchronise your account.

Please clear your device's cache, free up space, and close any background apps. If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the game to see if it helps.
