This user has not played a VS Attack match

On my profile it says I haven’t played a Vs attack match and it doesn’t show what rank I am. I’ve clearly played several Vs Attack matches but it is not showing. How do I fix this?

    Hey. Are you playing on a guest account, or was it linked to save your progress? I'm just checking to see if you can safely uninstall and reinstall the game to synchronise your account.

    Please clear your device's cache, free up space, and close any background apps. If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the game to see if it helps.
