Extra time not working

Hey. Could you tell us a bit more about what’s happening with Extra Time? What exactly occurs when the issue happens? Have you tried any steps already, and have you been able to use it before — or is this a new account?

My account has been around for a long time, but during the extra time when I clicked on it, I couldn't redeem items in the daily highlights. I want to redeem items in there.
