Extra Time Pick purchased but not opening

I purchased an Extra Time Pick (Pick 1 out of 4) in FC Mobile.

Coins/Tokens were deducted, but the pick does not open.

No player appears in My Club and there is no option to select.

This seems to be a bug. Please advise.
