Extra time rewards crash

The extra time rewards hasn't been working for me for the past two days.Everytime I went into the extra time rewards,it crashed.Can someone please help me solve this

Hey dga9pcquubwa​ are you able to test your account using a different network? Switch between mobile data and WiFi. If possible, test it on another device.
