Extra time rewards not received

Hi EA I recently watched all the videos and did the trivia from extratime and then it told me to collect my champion tokens from the mailbox, and then I did collect them, but when I went to check my total balance it was still the same as before. I really hope u can fix this fast because there is not a lot of days left of this event and I am really close to 12,000 champion tokens.
