I purchased few items in extra time section also daily quiz rewards are not received

Hi Team, Last 3days I was trying to add tokens from Extra Time using gems, but even after the successful transaction completion, Tokens are not delivered to my account token balance
Those are tokens for extra time that you spend for daily pack worth 1800 of those tokens
