Extra time tokens exchange playersare not showing for exchange

In the extra time tokens exchange section mixed player from 104 to 112 are not showing for exchange Even no players showing for the exchange .now I get a 117-116 player in the encore scout section but I don't have enough extra time tokens and also I won't able to exchange my players for these extra time tokens. Now you tell me how your team will help me .

    yesterday i got same issue and i spent like 12 hrs on it but no solution

    I have players 104+ (106) and they don't showing in extra time exchange player list
