Extremely Frustrating Loading Screen Issue

Dear FC Mobile Customer Support,

I am extremely frustrated with the current issue in FC Mobile. I am unable to enter the game because it gets stuck on the loading screen and keeps showing “Retry” again and again.

I have already tried multiple times, but the problem is still not resolved. This is extremely annoying, especially for a game that is supposed to provide a smooth and reliable experience. I am unable to access the game, play matches, or enjoy the content I have worked hard to progress through.

Please investigate this issue properly and provide a permanent solution as soon as possible. I expect this problem to be taken seriously rather than receiving a generic troubleshooting response.

I hope you can resolve this issue quickly because this repeated “Retry” screen is seriously testing my patience.
