failed payment
i payed for 10 pounds for some fc coins and the payment went through but then it said failed and they didn’t give me my fc coins but the payment went through

If the transaction failed but you're still seeing the payment was taken, that could be a pending authorization from the bank or card company. That's typically something automatically returned within 72 hours, depending on the bank or card company.
If it's been more than 24 hours and you still don't see the coins show up or that transaction finalizes in your bank rather than just being a pending transaction, please contact support directly so they can take a look.
