Failed purchase error (Error Code: 44605) for Star Pass Premium

Hi EA Team, I tried to buy the Star Pass Premium (RM44.90) in FC Mobile, but it keeps showing a "Purchase Failed" error with code 44605. My money didn't go through, but the game won't let me complete the transaction. Please help fix this bug!

    Could you share a screenshot of your error, please? Hopefully that'll give me a better idea of where the issue lies exactly.
