Fc 27 Mobile bug cannot receive rewards

EA please help me bro, i haven't got any rewards in the game, after the fc 27 mobile got released, i tried playing until this thing popped up, at first i let it slide until i was confused i have no rewards given, only the division gave me rewards but my league and also the free rewards from the anniversary update never came to give me. I already checked the inbox and it says empty, please bro help me.
