Stuck on Black Loading Screen

Hello EA Support,

I have a problem with FC Mobile on my iPhone 11. When I open the game, it downloads the initial update, but when I try to enter the game, the screen stays black and the loading icon in the middle gets stuck.

I have tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data, and I have deleted and reinstalled the game, but the problem is still there. I also have around 10 GB of free storage on my phone.

My in-game username is FC.ABDO.7, and my OVR is 125.

Please help me fix this issue. Thank you.
