Fc account suspended

Hello ea my f2p fc mobile account is suspended without doing anything even my penality history tool is empty so how can i recover my account i spent 4½ months on this account suspending me for 3 months is unfair

    Hi bkafvadkxij3​,

    Sorry to hear your FC Mobile account has been suspended.

    For FC Mobile, some account actions may not appear in the Penalty History tool. If you believe the suspension was applied by mistake, please use the webform to submit an appeal instead.

    Fill out the form with as much detail as possible, select Submit, then choose Email us so the case can be sent for review.

    Unfortunately, we’re not able to review or remove account suspensions through the forums.

    I hope the review can provide some clarity on the suspension.
