FC Mobile – Poor performance / device not properly detected on iPad Pro M5

Hi EA Support,

I’m experiencing serious lag and poor performance while playing FC Mobile on my iPad Pro M5 (released October 2025).

The game seems to not properly detect my device, as it applies low graphics settings automatically and runs poorly despite the iPad Pro M5 being a very high-end device with the Apple M5 chip.

Device: iPad Pro M5 (2025)

OS: iPadOS 26

Game version: FC Mobile 26

Issue: Constant lag, low FPS, incorrect device detection, graphics forced to low settings

The M5 chip is significantly more powerful than previous generations, so this is clearly an optimization/detection issue on FC Mobile’s side.

Please update FC Mobile’s device profile to properly recognize and support the iPad Pro M5, and allow it to run at full performance (120 FPS, Ultra graphics).
