Subject: FC Mobile 27 – OPPO A5x CPH2725 Hardware Compatibility Issue

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a hardware compatibility issue with FC Mobile 27 on my OPPO A5x (Model: CPH2725).

FC Mobile was working on this device before the FC Mobile 27 update. After the update, the game launches but shows this message:

“Sorry, your hardware specs are too low to run the game. Please try again using a more recent mobile device.”

My device specifications are:

Device: OPPO A5x

Model: CPH2725

Processor: Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 1

GPU: Adreno 610

RAM: 4GB (+1GB RAM Expansion)

Android/ColorOS: 16 / ColorOS 16

I only have this phone, so I would really appreciate it if you could check whether the OPPO A5x has been intentionally removed from the supported devices for FC Mobile 27, or whether this is a compatibility detection issue.

Could you please confirm whether there is any supported solution for this device?
