Re: Can't play Matches - Resource Download Error

Hello EA Support,

I am still unable to access EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

I repeatedly receive this error:

“RESOURCE DOWNLOAD ERROR [0x000003E8]”

The important point is that FC Mobile is not working over mobile network on other devices as well, not only on my Vivo X300.

Device: Vivo X300

OS: Android 16

FC Mobile Version: 28.0.01

Region: India

I have already tried Wi-Fi, mobile data, restarting the device, clearing cache, checking storage, and reinstalling the game.

However, the problem still continues.

Please check whether there is a server-side, network, or resource-download issue affecting FC Mobile, especially for mobile network users.

Please investigate and provide a solution.

“I deleted my FC Mobile account a long time ago. I'm trying to create a new account, but whenever I press Continue I get ‘Successful Account Deletion [0x000003E8]’. I’ve cleared the cache/data, reinstalled the game, and changed Google Play Games sign-in settings.”

Hello EA Support,

I am still unable to access EA SPORTS FC Mobile because I repeatedly receive:

The problem is still not fixed.

Device: Vivo X300
OS: Android 16
FC Mobile Version: 28.0.01
Region: India

I have already tried:
- Wi-Fi and mobile data
- Restarting the device
- Clearing the game cache
- Reinstalling FC Mobile
- Checking available storage

I have sufficient free storage, but the game still shows the same resource download error.

Please investigate this issue and let me know if this is a known compatibility/server issue with Android 16 or the latest FC Mobile version.

Please provide a solution or fix as soon as possible.
